Ian Butler - Director
As the owner of Oakley Village Butchers. Ian Has almost 40 years experience in the trade. His knowledge and passion for great food and fantastic service is uncompromised. Ian also enjoys spending his spare time collecting and sampling wines from all over the world. So if it can be cooked or drank. He's the man to speak to.
Mary Butler - Director
Mary has over 10 years experience in Butchery & Deli. Mary loves to be in the shop talking to the customers but also spends a lot of her time making everything run smoothly behind the scenes.
